About us

The sauce came first. The label came later.

Belouche's Kitchen is the work of Rafael Belouche, who bottled a Thai sauce he had been making for family and friends long before it had a label on it.

What began at the farmers market now sits on supermarket shelves — same recipe, same simple instruction.
